Five promises we hold ourselves to.

These aren’t marketing lines. They’re constraints the product is built around, written down so you can hold us to them.

No invented numbers, ever.
A code check rejects any number or claim that isn’t already in your résumé. Not a polite instruction to the model — a check in code, run on every rewritten line before you ever see it. If a claim can’t be traced to your own file, the draft is rejected.

No spray-and-pray.
The fit score exists to help you aim — to show where a role fits, and where it doesn’t, before you spend an evening on it. Scattered effort is what burned people out in the first place; aim is the thing we’re actually selling.

No fake urgency.
No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no “only three spots left.” When we say spots are limited, it’s because a human reviews every account before it opens — that’s the whole reason, and it’s the only one you’ll ever hear from us.

Your files, your delete button.
You can delete everything — résumé, reference files, generated documents, tracker history — from your profile, at any time, without emailing anyone. Every third-party service that touches your data is disclosed, by name and by what it sees, in the Privacy Policy.

We’ll tell you where to aim.
A Stretch or Skip verdict is the product working, not failing. It means the role scored below your bar today — and the six-dimension breakdown shows you why, so you aim your effort where it fits instead of spending an evening guessing.
